| Booking Conditions |
The cottages are available for guests from 2.30pm and vacated prior to 11am on the day of departure. Late check outs can be negotiated. A deposit of one night’s accommodation is required to confirm a booking. Where a deposit is not paid by credit card or cash, a payment by cheque or money order within 72hrs is appreciated in order to confirm reservation. Standard industry cancellation fees apply to all bookings: Up to 7 days prior to booking date - 100% of deposit. Where the cottage can be relet the deposit will be refunded. All tariffs inclusive of GST and are subject to change. * Midweek is Monday - Thursday OUR COTTAGES ARE ALL NON SMOKING |
